Florida is at it again. Apparently, it wants to be the spoiler once more. In 2000, it was the infamous “hanging chad” and SCOTUS that put George Bush in the White House. 

In 2012, Governor Rick Scott and the GOP-heavy legislature appear intent on giving Florida to Mitt Romney. According to the Brennan Center for Justice, what the Republicans are doing could impact 5-million people.

Reportedly, the 2012 Florida ballot is so long that folks will have to bring breakfast, lunch, dinner and a sleeping bag. It looks as though some ballots will be 10 pages long and purposely filled with legal jargon.
